While we operate on a walk-in basis, you can request a specific provider if they’re available. Wait times may be longer for specific provider requests.
Do you provide work/school excuse notes?
Yes, we provide documentation for work and school absences related to your medical visit at no additional charge.
How long do you keep medical records?
We maintain medical records for 7 years as required by Florida law. Pediatric records are kept until the patient’s 25th birthday.
Can I get vaccines at urgent care?
Yes! We offer flu shots, tetanus, hepatitis B, and other routine vaccines. Some travel vaccines may require advance ordering.
